GoToMeeting Extension:

 

The GoToMeeting extension is available by either going into Zoho Market place or by logging into you Zoho Crm account and installing

 

1.     Installing the extension

 

a.     Go to Setup > Marketplace > All

b.     Click All Extensions

c.     Search for GoToMeeting

d.     Click Install Now

e.     Agree to the terms of service

f.      Click Continue to Install

g.     Choose one of the following and Click Confirm

                                               i.     Install for Admin only

                                             ii.     Install for all Users

                                           iii.     Choose Profiles

h.     Click Authorise

i.      In the Pop up, specify the Email and Password for the GoToMeeting account

j.      Click Sign In

 

 

2.     Scheduling a Meeting

 

a.     Choose the relevant record from the Accounts, Contacts or Leads Module

b.     Select Schedule Meeting from the records detail page

c.     Specify the following:

                                               i.     Meeting Subject

                                             ii.     Start Date

                                           iii.     Start Time

                                            iv.     Duration

                                             v.     Meeting Type

d.     Add Participants

e.     Click Schedule Meeting

f.      Click Close
