ZOHO CRM Audit Log:
The ZOHO Audit log provides a chronological sequence of all
actions completed in the CRM by Users or Workflows. It assists in identifying
and reviewing these changes or events and also identifying the User or Workflow
that generated the action
1. How to view the Audit Log
a. Go to Setup > Data Administration > Audit Log
2. How to filter in the Audit Log
a. Select an Entity, such as Module Name, Setup action or
all Entity
b. Select a User, or all Users
c. Select an Action such as Added, Deleted, Updated or all
Actions
d. Select a Time or Date or Date range
3. How to export the Audit Log
a. Go to Setup > Data Administration > Audit Log
b. In the Audit Log page click Export Audit Log
