Calendar Integration For Outlook

Configure Microsoft 365 Calendar Sync with Zoho CRM

To integrate events with the CRM, firstly the system needs to be linked. This can be done via the following steps:

1. To setup the integration go to Setup > Marketplace > Microsoft




2. There will be 3 tabs at the top Outlook and Word and Office 365

3. Select Office 365 tab and Enable Events section.


If the Office 365 Tab is not currently integrated, then you will need to download the Zoho CRM app from Microsoft office store. This can be done via the following steps:

1. Log into your Microsoft Office 365 account and select the option "Explore Apps". You will need to search and select "Zoho CRM Microsoft 365".
2. By clicking on this app, you will be redirected to your Zoho CRM accounts page.
3. Accept Terms and Conditions and click continue.
4. A new tab Office 365 will appear in your Zoho CRM under Setup > Marketplace > Microsoft.
5. To ensure integration is successful, create a test event in Zoho CRM and refresh Office 365 Calendar. The Event created in Zoho CRM will appear in Calendar.

When unable to search for Zoho CRM app in the search bar of the Microsoft office store, its best to look up Microsoft Office Store
