ZOHO CRM provides the ability to access records that have
been deleted and moved to the Recycle Bin. These records are available for 60
Days following deletion. After the 60 days these records will no longer exist
in your CRM
1. How to restore records from your Recycle Bin
a. Go to Setup > Data Administration > Recycle Bin
b. Select the checkboxes for those records you would like
to restore
c. Click Restore
2. How to restore records from your Recycle Bin
a. Go to Setup > Data Administration > Recycle Bin
b. Select the checkboxes for those records you would like
to permanently delete
c. Click Delete
