Webhooks for your CRM

Using Webhooks:

 Webhooks allow for communication between your ZOHO CRM and third-party applications. Instant web notifications are sent out every time an event occurs. By using the Webhooks, you can configure HTTP URL’s  and associate them to workflows to automate your processes

 

1.     How to create a Webhook

 

a.     Go to Setup > Automation > Actions > Webhooks

b.     Click Configure Webhook, in the Webhooks page

c.     In the New Webhooks page specify the parameters

d.     Click Save

 

2.     How to associate a webhook to a Workflow

 

a.     Go to Setup > Automation > Workflow rules

b.     Click Create Rule in the Workflow Rules page

c.     Specify the parameters in the Create New Rule page

d.     Under Workflow Actions, select webhooks

e.     In the pop – up select the required webhook and click associate

f.      Click Save
