Updating the Super Admin

Super Admin:

 

The Super Admin has overall permission and management authority for the CRM Account and needs to be someone who is active within the business

 

1.     To update the Super Admin

 

a.     Go to Setup > General > Company Details > Edit

b.     Select Super Admin

c.     Choose from the drop-down menu

d.     If the new Super Admin is not yet an Admin, they will need to be updated before nominating to be Super User
