Field Updates via Workflows

ZOHO CRM Field Updates via Workflows:

 

Field Updates allow you to automatically update a field based on a trigger within a Workflow. This is useful when wanting to update a large number of records at a time and want the update to be automated for your team

 

1.     How to create an Update based on a Trigger in Workflows

 

a.     Go to Setup > Automation > Actions > Field Updates

b.     Click Configure Field Update in the New Workflow Field Update page

c.     Enter a name for the field update

d.     Select the Module from the drop-down menu

e.     Select the field from the Update drop-down menu

f.      Specify the value for the associated field you would like to update

g.     Click Save
