How to Deduplicate records

Deduplicating Records:

 

Duplicate records within the CRM can be deduplicated when necessary. ZOHO will prompt the User to nominate the correct data and will then provide the option to merge the existing records into one


1.     How to merge duplicate records

 

a.     Click into the Module in which you need to merge the duplicate records

b.     In the module click into the three dots in the top right had corner of the screen

c.     Select deduplicate from the drop-down menu

d.     Select the fields that will help you best identify the duplicates from the following options

                                               i.     Email

                                             ii.     Company

                                           iii.     Phone

                                            iv.     Mobile

e.     Select Find and Merge Duplicates

f.      If there is a conflict of information ZOHO will provide you will a notification and prompt to have the conflict removed and will prompt again to confirm the merging of the records
