ZOHO CRM Dashboards allow Users to access quick snapshots
for Custom Reports and KPI’s set by the organisation. The Dashboard can provide
users with a high level analytical tool using two-dimensional and three-dimensional
charts to provide a quick reference
a. Click the Dashboards Module Tab
b. In the Home Page select +Add
c. Enter the Dashboard Name
d. Select the Users that you would like to share the
Dashboard with
i. Only
Me
ii. Everyone
iii. Selected
Users
e. Add components
i. Bar
Chart
ii. Pie
Chart
iii. Line
Chart
iv. Area
Chart
v. Funnel
Chart
vi. Table
Chart
3. How to Create a Report Chart
a. Click the Dashboards Module Tab
b. Select the Dashboard for the Component to be added
c. Select Add Component
d. Choose one of the following:
i. Get
from Report – This will pull in data from a existing report
ii. Get
from Gallery – Provides a list of predefined dashboards for selection
e. Select the report or dashboard you wish to display
f. Enter a name for the component
g. Select the type of Chart
h. Nominate the X and Y axis components
i. Click Done
4. Once Added to the Homepage you can:
a. Add the chart to favourites
b. Delete the Chart
c. Edit
d. Add to the Homepage
e. Drill down on the data via the Chart
f. Change the view from 2-dimensional to 3-dimensional
g. Embed a URL
