Creating Tasks:

 

Tasks can be created within the CRM modules for individual Users to action. Once created the tasks will also appear in their Home Page and other modules such as the Activities Module for easy reference.

 

1.     How to create a Task

 

a.     In the Activities Module select New Task or this can be selected by clicking the New Task Option from within a specific record

b.     In the Create Task page, nominate the specific requirements as prompted

c.     Click Save

 

2.     How to close a Task

 

a.     Once a Task has been completed select Completed to close the Task
