Using the Calendar in Zoho Crm:

 

The Calendar in the Zoho Crm provides the ability to manage your time and events from within the Crm via its preferences

 

1.     How to set preferences

 

a.     Click the calendar icon located in the top right of your Crm

b.     Click Day, Week or Month to view the calendar

c.     Select Options, then Preferences

d.     Specify the following

                                           i.     Days in a Week view

                                         ii.     Week starts on

                                        iii.     Day starts at

                                        iv.     Day ends at

                                          v.     Weekly Holidays

                                        vi.     Activity Type

                                      vii.     Default Event Duration

                                     viii.     Default Call Duration

                                        ix.     Hide events based on days after they have passed

                                          x.     Hide declined events    

 

e.     Specify the following to set reminders for upcoming events

                                        xi.     Events

                                      xii.     All day events

                                     xiii.     Turn off reminder via email

                                     xiv.     For notifications, select Notify me when an event is assigned to me checkbox

 

f.     Save
